A New Training is Being Held for the EU Grant Beneficiaries

As a partner, Business Consulting Institute has organized a training within the “Creating jobs by supporting youth from the security area in growing small businesses” Project. It was held at The Work Institute from Chisinau and gathered various young entrepreneurs from the right bank of the Nistru River who have received grants in the second phase of the project implementation.

Grantee training in business strategic management

On 27 February, Business Consulting Institute holds a training session for young entrepreneurs from the Security Zone who were awarded grants by the Support to Confidence Building Measures Programme. The training aims to define success factors, to offer initial information on the business development strategy and human resource management.

15 business startup grants provided in the Security Zone

Business Consulting Institute (BCI) announces that the grant competition organized within the project "Creation of Job Opportunities through Business Support for Youth" had 80 participants. 15 business plans were selected from 80 application files in an open competition.

Decentralization, a path to economic and social stability

The merging of local governments would be a solution to make decentralization advance. This would enhance economic efficiency of public service provision. The district level of local government should disappear. It would save up to 200 million lei per year, which could be used to create better public services. The buildings of merged mayoralties could be redesigned and incorporate one stop offices. The jobs in local government could be therefore maintained and even multiplied, employees’ salaries would increase and services would get better.
