We are offering to local communities the tools necessary to harmonize the policies and settled programs with the expectations and the needs of the sustainable development. Strategic planning outlines an image of the future, taking into account present conditions and assessing the existing potential and resources needed for the achievement of the established goal.

The strategies of local development elaborated by BCI are preceded by a pertinent analysis of the situation in the local communities. Prioritarily, we set up weak and strong points of the community and its environment, opportunities of regional development and possible risks to be avoided. We define the objectives of the local community and a strategy of regional development and draw up the plans of regional and national development. Our experts take into account the domains that need to be improved and thus work out an operational plan that will contain the actions to be undertaken, the estimated budget and the financial sources.
