
During 26-27 January, 2012, at the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and Industry there was officially launched the East Invest Twinning project. Business Consulting Institute implements, in partnership with Unioncamere del Veneto , Italy, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Rzeszów, Poland, the Strategic Skills go East twinning programme. The programme is focused on three main pillars: quality management tools, development of client network and broadening the area of services.

During 12-14 December 2011, Business Consulting Institute organizes the study visit to Moldova of the representatives of public administration and experts in public administration from Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. During this visit, within 13-14 December, the guests will attend the International Conference „Decentralization and Local Autonomy Development: Successful European Models for the Republic of Moldova”. The goal of the visit is to discuss current problems of decentralization, to facilitate the exchange of experience and successful practices accumulated in Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania, to offer solutions and models for the implementation of the decentralization reform in Moldova.
During October 30 – November 4, 2011, a Study Visit to Latvia was organized within the Project “Decentralization and Local Autonomy Development: Successful European Models for the Republic of Moldova”. The Study Tour aimed to present and to provide information about the decentralization reform in Latvia. Following the Seminar on the decentralization reform, the Latvian experience and experts’ recommendations should serve as a model in the implementation of the decentralization reform in Moldova.
On November 3, 2011 – was launched The 2011 Human Development Report, event organized by the UNDP Moldova representation and provides an analysis of the progresses achieved by 187 world states and ranks the Republic of Moldova 111th according to the Human Development Index, a summary indicator of people’s well-being, education and GDP per capita.
On Friday, 21 October 2011, starting from 10:00 a.m., the Conference Room of the Praetura of the Central Sector (43, Bulgara Street) will host the International Conference “Eastern European models, experiences and perspectives in the use of the performance-based budgeting method in the local public administration of the Republic of Moldova”, organized within the Project “Good governance in Chisinau – introduction of performance budget in the capital of Moldova”.
Friday, September 23, Leogrand Hotel has hosted the Conference on the reformation of IPNA Company „Teleradio-Moldova” into a competitive and modern media institution. Chairman Constantin Marin presented the restructuring plan of TRM, elaborated by Business Consulting Institute in cooperation with IPN „Teleradio-Moldova”. Besides diversifying the company’s programs and improving the quality of its products, the administration also intends to build a new head office for TRM until 2015.
