• Inception Report compiling the IMC Assessment Methodology
• Report compiling the IMC Assessment Report and definition of 3 potential IMC initiatives per cluster
• Draft Concept on selected IMC project to be further developed and financed (one per cluster)
• Endorsed draft on the organizational road map for IMC development and endorsed IMC cooperation agreement (for each cluster)
• Endorsed Feasibility Study Draft (for each cluster)
• Detailed IMC Project Concept and Implementation Action Plan and Projects initiation
• Detailed ToRs for technical design project  
• Developed and endorsed legal, economic and technical algorithm of joint IMC service operation
• Functional model of joint service delivery based on IMC
• National event organized
• Final Project Implementation Report submitted.
