Goal: To elaborate a Development Plan for Soroca Region as a base for the Action Plan in order to promote a business environment that would support the development of the SMEs in the country.

Objectives:

create conditions for the development of entrepreneurship activities in the county;
establish efficient and sustainable partnerships among public authorities and entrepreneurs;
encourage entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial way of thinking;
achieve quantitative and qualitative performances in the development of the county, particularly double the number of SME,
create yearly at least 700 new jobs, achieving the country average level of GDP per capita.

Results

to collect statistical data;
to develop the diagnostic analysis based on statistical data and questionnaires,
to conduct 3 workshops with the representatives of LPA, the Government, SMEs, donors, academic institutions,
to analyze the mechanisms and good practices of SME support,
to elaborate the SWOT analysis of the SME sector;
to elaborate the Plan of SME development and support, which shall include the development strategy and a five-year implementation plan;
to elaborate the final activity plan.
