Goal: The project aims to assist the United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Moldova, the Government and the State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova in defining the strategy of the restructuring in services provided by the central administration in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

 

Objectiv

  • The general objective of the project is to analyze the existing deconcentrated public services in the Republic of Moldova from the angle of institutional, organizational and functional issues, accessibility level and citizen satisfaction level on the delivery and supply of these services.

 

Rezults

  • Methodology of assessment of deconcentrated public services, of the accessibility and citizen satisfaction on these services and the capacities of the Territorial Offices of the State Chancellery (TOST) to coordinate these services.
  • Analysis of deconcentrated public services.
  • Level of accessibility and citizen satisfaction on deconcentrated public services.
  • Analysis of the capacities of TOST to manage deconcentrated public services.
  • Elaboration of the mechanism of coordination of deconcentrated public services by TOST and of the development plan of the capacities of their employees.
  • Elaboration of the final analysis report with optimization recommendations.
