Strengthening regional development in the Republic of Moldova

Goal: Elaboration of the documents that will serve as scientific support in the promotion by the Government of an efficient and clear regional development policy.

Objectives: Evaluation of the socio-economic situation and of regional development in Moldova, analysis of the juridical and institutional framework of regional development in CEE countries, elaboration of a concept of regional policy of the Republic of Moldova seen from the point of view of Moldovan NGOs, elaboration of a draft of law on regional development in Moldova, organisation of public debates on the Conception and the Draft of the Law, presentation to the Government of proposals concerning regional development.
