Goal: Provision of consultancy to TRM State Company in development of a restructuring business plan in accordance with the Development Strategy for 2010-2015. 

Objectives

• Development and testing of a specialized methodology for estimating the cost of radio and TV production;
• Development of a business plan of structural, functional, institutional and technological reform of TRM in its current configuration and identify the solutions to streamline the management of resources at TRM;
• Development of a business plan for establishing new headquarters for TRM's technological endowment.

Results

• Methodological Guidelines for costing of main products of TRM;
• Restructuring business plan;
• A number of consultations and revisions conducted;
• Business Plan for TRM's technological endowment.
