Young entrepreneurs study operational management of companies

The young entrepreneurs who have benefited from EU grants to launch their own businesses are attending today a training session on operational company management. The training course aims to develop beneficiaries’ management capacity and teach them to apply management functions within organizations, and form time and resource management skills.

The young people are being trained by Rodica Bivol from the Entrepreneurial Training Centre of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova; Ludmila Stihi from "ProExcelenta" ProBusiness Academy; Alexandru Popovici, Director of Marketing & PR Ltd; Dina Botan, Director of Agro Dor Ltd.

These activities take place within a project which empowers young businessmen on both banks of Nistru river, launched two years ago with the support of the European Union. The project is part of the Support to Confidence Building Measures Programme and is implemented by UNDP in partnership with Business Consulting Institute and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tiraspol.
