Strengthening the Centre of Cross-Border Cooperation within Cahul County

Goal: Consolidate the capacity of Cahul County in promoting the cross-border co-operation within the Euroregion Lower Danube.   

Objectives: Designing the diagnostic analysis and strategy of Cahul County for the participation in the Euroregion Lower Danube, elaboration of the web page of cross-border cooperation service, professional assistance of local authorities in cross-border co-operation activities.

Results

• Elaborated the Diagnostic Analysis and the Strategy of Cahul County for the participation in the Euroregion Lower Danube
• Acknowledged the public on problems related to cross-border cooperation relations
• Organizing 10 training seminars
• Trained about 40 public servants, local councilors and representatives of local NGOs
• Launched the Web page on the Internet
• Elaborated and submitted 5 fundraising projects.
